Conference Registration Details
Take Advantage of participating in two conferences for one fee.
This year, when registering for either the Aircraft Airworthiness & Sustainment (AA&S) Conference, or the Propulsion Safety and Sustainment (PS&S) Conference you can now attend both at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Please note that you must meet all PS&S Requirements in order to attend the PS&S Conference - Click Below for Details.
Running concurrently in the same meeting venue for years but requiring two separate registration fees; AA&S and PS&S attendance is now available for the same low conference fee of $895. In 2018, these two conferences will take place at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Jacksonville with two separate agendas but a common networking exhibit hall for all conference refreshment breaks, receptions and all three scheduled group luncheons. The last group luncheon will feature a distinguished speaker and will now be open to attendees from both conferences.
The Conference Registration includes attendance to one (1) full day of Optional Training, three (3) days of Technical Sessions, four (4) KEYSTONE Panels focused on the conference direction, one (1) Guest Speaker Luncheon, open admittance to all scheduled meal functions, breaks and the "Sneak-Peek" Exhibitor Networking and Sponsored Receptions, and an open Exhibit Hall, visit anytime throughout the day for refreshments and to network. Also included, the AA&S/PS&S Conference handout materials.

The Registration Process
All registration fees are payable to Universal Technology Corporation. Payment methods include the following:

- Government IMPAC Card
Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.
Your Registration Confirmation
Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice that the registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this Conference.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If a registration must be cancelled, cancellations must be received in writing and before April 6, 2018 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $75. Cancellations received after April 6, 2018 and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.
