Running concurrently in the same meeting venue for years but requiring two separate registration fees; AA&S and PS&S attendance is now available for the same low conference fee of $895. In 2017, these two conferences will take place at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix with two separate agendas but a common networking exhibit hall for all conference refreshment breaks, receptions and two of the three scheduled group luncheons. The last group luncheon will feature a distinguished speaker and will now be open to attendees from both conferences.

From its signature swimming pool to its retractable roof, Chase Field has become one of the game's most recognizable landmarks since its opening. The "Coors Light Strike Zone" at Chase Field offers informal and comfortable seating promoting socializing and networking and is reserved specifically for AA&S and PS&S Conference attendees and their guests for this special evening activity. Chase Field is an easy walk from the Sheraton Grand Hotel. Seats are limited and interest is anticipated to be high so plan to attend and sign up SOON!
Baseball Outing tickets are on a first-come, first-filled basis and must be prepaid at the time of registration. All Baseball Outing registrations must be done no later than May 15, 2017. Your earliest possible response is encouraged to ensure guaranteed reservations.
To participate, indicate on the attendee registration form, under the optional event section, your intent. Please remember that payment at the time of registration for the baseball game is REQUIRED.
All participants will be emailed a confirmation of participation. Baseball tickets purchased will be distributed to attendees during on-site conference check-in.

Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.
Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice that the registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this Conference.
If a registration must be cancelled, cancellations must be received in writing and before May 8, 2017 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $75. Cancellations received after May 8, 2017 and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.
