2021 Conference Registration Details
Now You Have Two Ways to Attend the AA&S 2021 Conference!
The Conference Registration includes attendance to a day of Optional Training, two (2) days of Technical/General Sessions, four (4) KEYSTONE Panels focused on the conference direction, access to our Conference App that includes Live Presentions, Q&A and Video Recordings. Choose to attend In-Person and have access to all scheduled meal functions, breaks and the Receptions. Also you can visit the Exhibit Hall anytime throughout the day to network.

The Registration Process
All registration fees are payable to Arctos Technology Solutions. Payment methods include the following:
- American Express
- Government IMPAC Card
Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.
Your Registration Confirmation
Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice that the registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this Conference.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If a registration must be cancelled, cancellations must be received in writing and before July 30, 2021 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $75. Cancellations received after July 30, 2021 and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.
