Helping you transition to a Virtual Conference for 2020.

Now that AA&S 2020 is going Virtual, what do I need to know?

Below are some tips to help you navigate AA&S 2020 Virtual.


Virtual Attendee Information

  • Conference Access will be through the Conference App or it's Desktop Version
  • A Code/Password will be provided to all Attendees so they can access the App
  • Live presentations will be streamed through Microsoft Teams
  • All times listed on the website and app are Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Attendees can network with attendees, speakers and sponsors through the App


Virtual Presentations

  • Live presentations will be streamed through Microsoft Teams
  • Q&A will be available during the live event
  • Video Recordings will be posted to the App after the live event is over
  • Users will be able to switch between sessions at any time
  • All times listed on the website and app are Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Proceedings will be posted to the website after the conference


Virtual Training Courses

  • To Receive a Certificate for Training please do one of the following:
    - Select the training courses you wish to attend at the time of registration
    - Create a profile on the app prior to attending a training course
  • Q&A will be available during the live event


Speaker/Presenter Information

  • A Microsoft Teams Account is required to present live
  • There will be a "Dry Run" to test each speakers set up and configuration
    - Details to be emailed soon to each speaker
  • You may send a pre-recorded video of your presentation for any reason
    - You'll be in a time zone that is unfavorable for giving a live presentation
    - Conflicting schedules for the live event
    - Connection issues arise during the dry run & testing phase
    - Unable to create a Microsoft Teams Account
